Ich möchte dir etwas erzählen über die meisten Projektmitarbeiter, Business Analysten und Controller, die ihre Arbeit nicht automatisieren. Denn ich war einer davon, ich wollte aber unbedingt versuchen, unvermeidliche regelmäßige aufgaben effizient zu erledigen, ohne ständig Überstunden zu machen. Ich habe ständig mit Zeitfressern gekämpft, die sehr nervig und anstrengend sind - und wurde mehr und mehr frustriert von diesen Aufgaben.

Am schlimmsten war die Zeit, als ich ich abends meine Kinder nicht mehr gesehen habe, weil ich so spät nach Hause gekommen bin. Dann habe ich endlich die Möglichkeiten der Office Automatisierung entdeckt! Und das hat meine Situation um 180 Grad gedreht, denn ich habe endlich herausgefunden:- Regelmäßige Reportings vollautomatisch zu erstellen- Fehler zu vermeiden, indem ich den PC meine Arbeit machen lasse- Schneller zu arbeiten als die meisten anderen ProjektmitarbeiterWeil ich Die Möglichkeiten der Office Automatisierung entdeckt habe, war ich endlich in der Lage:- Täglich mindestens eine Stunde Arbeitszeit sparen und früher nach Hause gehen- Schlimme Fehler und Nacharbeiten zu vermeiden- Anderen Kollegen den Weg zeigen und sie dadurch beeindruckenJetzt kann ich trotz all meiner Projekte endlich zeitig Feierabend machen und muss mir über Überstunden keine Gedanken mehr machen.
