About this course

Prepare with confidence for the CFIA (Chartered Financial Intelligence Architect) certification from ICFDT. This course gives you 6 full-length practice exams — 300 unique multiple-choice questions in total — built to mirror the style, depth, and difficulty of the real CFIA exam. What makes these practice tests different:Every single question includes a detailed explanation.

Not just "the answer is B" — you get a plain-English walkthrough of why the correct answer is correct, and why each distractor is wrong. Explanations use real-world analogies so the concepts actually stick. Full coverage of all 7 CFIA domains:The AI-Native Investment Firm — maturity models, operating models, org design, talent strategy, and change management.

Foundation Models and AI Systems — transformers, RAG versus fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and agentic architectures. Investment Data Infrastructure — market data, time-series databases, reference data, alternative data, knowledge graphs, and data lineage. AI Alpha Generation and Research — NLP signals, machine learning return models, portfolio construction, and backtesting discipline.

Risk, Compliance and AI Governance — model risk management, explainability, regulatory frameworks, and audit trails. Vendor Strategy, Build versus Buy — evaluation frameworks, total cost of ownership, and vendor lock-in. AI Leadership, Ethics and Fiduciary Duty — fiduciary obligations, bias, transparency, and client communication.

Who this course is for:Investment professionals preparing to sit the CFIA exam. Portfolio managers, analysts, and risk officers building AI fluency. Technology leaders working with investment teams on AI adoption.

Anyone who wants a rigorous, exam-focused review of AI in institutional investment management. How to use these tests:Take Exam 1 cold to establish a baseline. Review every explanation, including the questions you answered correctly, since exam-day confidence comes from understanding the reasoning rather than recognizing the answer.

Work through the remaining exams, then retake any exam where you scored below 75 percent. You can retake each exam as many times as you like, and you get lifetime access to all 300 questions.

Am I ready to sit Part 1? That is the only question a practice exam has to answer, and a question bank that drills memorizable facts does not answer it.This course is six separate timed exams of 100 questions each, 600 questions in total, built to the IRS content outline for SEE Part 1: Individuals. Every test carries the published domain weighting, so your score report tells you where you stand in Preliminary Work and Taxpayer Data, Income and Assets, Deductions and Credits, Taxation, Advising the Individual Taxpayer and Specialized Returns for Individuals, and not just an overall number. All of it is written to the law the current window examines: the Internal Revenue Code, forms and publications as amended through 31 December 2025, with every question relating to calendar year 2025. That matters more this year than usual. The One Big Beautiful Bill Act, enacted in July 2025, changed 2025 figures retroactively. The standard deduction is $15,750, $31,500 and $23,625, not the amounts published in late 2024. The state and local tax cap is $40,000, not $10,000. The child tax credit is $2,200 with $1,700 refundable. There are new deductions for qualified tips, qualified overtime, car loan interest and taxpayers aged 65 and over. Older practice material carries the superseded numbers, and a wrong figure is worth nothing however well the question is written. The six tests rise in difficulty rather than repeating the same test six times. Test 1 is groundwork: short, direct questions on the core rules and figures. Test 2 is application: short scenarios built around the rule pairs candidates confuse. Test 3 is trade-offs, where two answers look right and one condition in the scenario decides. Test 4 is implementation: forms, schedules, thresholds, elections and deadlines. Tests 5 and 6 are two full-length simulations with the longest scenarios, several constraints per question and the domains mixed, each on questions you have not seen before.Every answer option has its own explanation, so the option you picked tells you what it actually was, not just that it was wrong. Every question also carries an overall explanation with a link to the IRS page behind the rule, because the point is to send you back to the source. Tests 1 to 4 ask for 80% and the two simulations ask for 85%, both above the real exam's bar, because practicing at home is easier than sitting in a test center. What this is not: a tax course. It will not teach you individual taxation from scratch, and it is designed to work alongside Publication 17 and the free IRS material, not to replace them.Frequently Asked QuestionsAre these real exam questions? No. All questions are original and based on the official exam objectives. They match the style, difficulty and topic weighting of the real exam, without copying it.How do the five practice tests work? The tests increase in difficulty. Start with Practice Test 1 to find your weak areas, study those topics and move on. Practice Test 5 is the hardest and serves as a final check before your exam. Can I review my answers?Yes. After each attempt you can review every question, with a detailed explanation of why the correct answer is right and why the other options are wrong. What score should I aim for? Each test has a passing score in line with the real exam. Aim for consistent scores of 85% or higher before booking your exam. You can retake every test as often as you like. Are the questions up to date?Yes. The questions follow the current official exam objectives and are updated when the exam changes. Is this course enough to pass the exam? These tests check your readiness and show your knowledge gaps. Combine them with the official learning materials and hands-on practice for the best results.

SEE Part 3: IRS Enrolled Agent Exam - 600 Practice Qs

You have read Circular 230 and worked through the collection chapters, and the question that remains is the only one that matters: are you ready to sit Part 3?This course answers it with 600 questions across six full-length practice exams, each built to the real format of SEE Part 3 - 100 multiple-choice questions, four options, 3.5 hours, no multi-select anywhere, because the real exam has none. Every question is written to the Internal Revenue Code, regulations, forms and publications as amended through 31 December 2025, which is the body of law the testing window running from 1 July 2026 to 28 February 2027 actually tests. The domain split in every test mirrors the official specification: Practices and Procedures, Representation before the IRS, Specific Areas of Representation and the Filing Process, in the same proportions the exam uses. Two things changed recently that make older practice material a poor guide. The examination moved from Prometric to PSI effective 1 March 2026, and the delayed window now runs from July rather than May. More importantly, every window moves its law cutoff forward a year. A question bank last updated for the 2024-25 or 2025-26 window is rehearsing you on an earlier body of law, and on procedures the IRS has since restated. The six tests climb. Test 1 is groundwork: direct questions, one concept each, taken cold as a diagnostic. Test 2 puts you in short practice scenarios where the work is telling neighbouring instruments apart. Test 3 is trade-offs, where two answers are defensible and a single constraint in the stem decides. Test 4 goes under the hood into deadlines, forms, thresholds and the order of steps. Tests 5 and 6 are two full simulations at exam weight, exam pace and exam length, with the domains mixed, so you can measure your readiness twice, on questions you have not seen either time.Every answer option has its own explanation, not just the right one. When you pick the defensible but wrong answer, you are told what that option is actually for, which is how the distinction sticks. Each question also carries an overall explanation ending in a link to the governing provision on the IRS website, the eCFR or Cornell's Legal Information Institute, so you can read the source rather than take our word for it. After each attempt, Udemy reports your score by domain, so you know whether to spend your remaining time on Circular 230 or on the collection process.Tests 1 to 4 are set at 80% to pass and both simulations at 85%, all above the real bar, on purpose. One honest word about what this is. It is a question bank with explanations, built to test and explain. It is not a tax practice course, it does not replace Circular 230, Publication 947, Publication 5 or the official IRS material, and nobody can promise you a pass. What it can do is find the gaps while there is still time to close them.Frequently Asked QuestionsAre these real exam questions? No. All questions are original and based on the official exam objectives. They match the style, difficulty and topic weighting of the real exam, without copying it.How do the five practice tests work? The tests increase in difficulty. IRS Enrolled Agent SEE Part 2: 6 Full Practice Exams

You have read the chapters. You have watched the videos. The question that is left is the only one that matters: if you sat Part 2 tomorrow, would you pass? This course answers it with six full-length practice exams, 100 questions each, 600 in total. The domain weighting matches the official Part 2 specification, so the score breakdown after each attempt tells you where you stand on Business Entities and Considerations, Business Tax Preparation, and Specialized Returns and Taxpayers, rather than giving you one number you cannot act on. Everything is written to the law the current testing window examines: the Internal Revenue Code, regulations, forms and publications as amended through December 31, 2025, with questions set in calendar year 2025.That date matters more this year than most. The One Big Beautiful Bill Act reached almost every business provision on the SEE Part 2 syllabus. Bonus depreciation returned to 100%, but only for property acquired after January 19, 2025, which makes the acquisition date itself examinable. The section 179 ceiling is $2,500,000, not the $1,250,000 figure still printed in a great deal of study material. Domestic research costs are deductible again under section 174A. Section 163(j) adjusted taxable income went back to an EBITDA base. The Form 1099-K threshold was restored to $20,000 and 200 transactions. Practice questions written before July 2025 will drill you on figures the current exam scores as wrong. This course also leaves out what only starts in 2026, such as the widened QBI phase-in and the corporate charitable 1% floor, which a 2025-based exam will not ask.The six tests rise in difficulty by the way questions are asked, not by reaching for obscurer facts. Groundwork is direct recall across the full syllabus and works as a cold diagnostic. In Practice is short scenarios where the distractors are the rules most often confused with the right one. Trade-offs gives you two defensible answers and one condition that decides between them. Under the Hood is thresholds, forms, deadlines and computations you have to work out. Exam Day is a full simulation: 100 questions, 210 minutes, domains mixed, several constraints per question. Exam Day II is a second one at the same weight, on entirely new fact patterns, so you can sit the full length twice rather than reusing questions you already remember.Every answer option has its own explanation saying whether it is right or wrong, why, and what a wrong option would have been correct for. Every question then closes with a full explanation and a link to the IRS publication or form instruction it rests on, so you can read further at the source rather than taking a question writer's word for it.The pass mark is 80% for tests 1 to 4 and 85% for both simulations, above the real exam's bar. Part 2 is reported on a scaled score from 200 to 800 with 500 to pass, which is not a straight percentage, so a practice test you scrape through is not evidence of anything. What this course is not: it is not a substitute for a full SEE Part 2 course or review book, it is not a guarantee of a pass, and it contains no live exam questions.Frequently Asked QuestionsAre these real exam questions? No. All questions are original and based on the official exam objectives. They match the style, difficulty and topic weighting of the real exam, without copying it.How do the five practice tests work? The tests increase in difficulty.
