This course contains the use of artificial intelligence. Legal teams spend enormous effort on repetitive, high-volume work: reviewing contracts clause by clause, drafting from stale templates, keeping playbook positions consistent across reviewers, tagging and finding past work, clearing marketing claims, and wading through discovery. This course shows how generative AI compresses that effort — improving speed, accuracy, and risk management without giving up professional judgment.

Everything here is tool-agnostic and practical. You will follow one company the whole way: Harborview Legal, the 16-person in-house team at a mid-market consumer-products business handling roughly 2,400 contracts a year.
